OutdoorAds has identified a market need for consistent presentation of media information including markets, coverage, pricing and media used. To help meet this need, OutdoorAds has begun development of a fully integtrated web application called MediaTrac. MediaTrac will provide a framework in with to meet the needs of Agencies, Production Vendors and OOH Vendors. Included in this framework is a business vocabulary established for the Outdoor Advertising market for data exchange, including document type definitions (DTDs) and schemas. These  could be used throughout the entire industry. This pilot would implement Request for Proposal (RFP) and the Proposal features. This document provides the business requirements, technical requirements as well as work flow and visual elements that ought to be considered in design.

The basic idea behind MediaTrac is for a central clearing house for Clients, their representative advertising agency, outdoor advertising companies, sub-contractors and print houses.
